yeah I kinda forgot about this but i'm back lol
Wednesday July 16
1. I did a 25 minute run I'd say at 60-75%.
2. I did some 20m sprints (new time i'm proud) and the bootcamp agility run (new time).
3. Then I did some ball work, then my post workout meal of oatmeal it was good.
Thursday July 17
1. I stretched and t hen did a 10 minute warm up run on the treadmill.
