Yeah 2 more rounds left then I'm taking a 4-5 month long break, I'm going to focus on my academics and general fitness, bit of fitness now and then, I'll be the team's marquee/star player who comes for an exhibition match now & then, hehe. Football is important to me but my grades matter most at the moment along with a general healthy wellbeing, healthy body, healthy mind. Once I'm fighting fit again I'll get back into football gradually, it's been hectic for me.

They pay you during your 4-5 year stay in Uni as well, 20-30k AUD per annum!! I could be working with my dad in the military if he hasn't retired by then, woah!!

Yeah mate I'm interested in the whole concept of physiotherapy - I'm just particularly interested in the Royal Air Force and the Australian Defence Force physio courses because they'll pay for your education, and after 4-5 years of uni/college and 12-18 months studying within the military you'll get paid 47.8k a year (or 52.2, I think 47.8 was for being a qualified MUSICIAN in the navy!! sounds like a bludge job!!) and you get all these extras!!

The only problem with that is that there is no running! If you add some sprints to your circuit and do them twice a week and maybe fartleks once, and plyos once or twice that might work.

As a reply to the comment you left me:
Circuit training is usually just strength (muscular) exercises, which is interchangeable with plyometrics. They don't have the same effect on muscles, but they cause the same fatigue and combined you shouldn't do them more than 3-4 times a week. What I recommend is to do fartleks 2 times a week and aerobic training (long distance) 1-2 times a week with a strength circuit 3 times a week. Add plyos and interval training later on
